Overview
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a business management software—usually a suite of integrated applications—that a company can use to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities. It provides an integrated view of core business processes, often in real-time, using common databases maintained by a database management system. ERP facilitates information flow between all business functions, and manages connections to outside stakeholders.
What We Do
The primary role of an ERP consultant is to guide an organization through transition to an ERP system. We bring practical knowledge, derived from our expertise about the ERP Software package and about implementation. This stems from our core expertise and practical experience of process management, and we can avoid the phenomenon of ‘re-inventing the wheel’. We take responsibility for administering and monitoring each of the phase of the implementation so that the required activities occur at the scheduled time and at the desired level of quality and with effective participation of all the stakeholders.
